....being able to wear my wedding and engagement rings again. For almost three months now I haven't been able to wear my lovely rings because my hands were too swollen. Finally the swelling has gone down enough for me to wear them again.
I try not to focus too much on physical items - rather, I try to focus on the emotional and intangible pieces of life that make me happy. Especially the important relationships in my life. But these rings, they are more than just physical items and that is why they are so important to me. These rings not only represent our marriage and our commitment but they are a reminder of the man behind the rings - my husband.
